Late
order: Is your order late? check the
processing
times. The shipping times should be known way in advance, since
there is a pop-up page, a link above "shipping," and a notice on the cover
page. Also, when you use the shopping cart to check out, there is
an exit page with all of these policies listed there as well.
If the processing
times are unacceptable to you, then we recommend not ordering.
Order Status: Once your order is paid, you will receive an email from us titled "payment received." When the processing time is up, and your order is complete, we will send an email titled "shipping notice." That email contains your tracking number for your package in transit.
Rushing an order: Rush processing is available on orders. Please use the link to find out more and read carefully.
Adding to orders: We cannot add items to an order, once the order is placed. Please order carefully.
Cancelling Orders: We cannot cancel an order once it is paid, so please order carefully.
Lost Items: We are no longer responsible for items once they are shipped. We use the address that was given with payment, and are not responsible if that address is incorrect. If you have an unstable residence, then we recommend having them sent to the office or another address where you can pick up the package.
Lost payment: We are also not responsible to payments that are lost in the mail getting to our po box. Or, how long they take to get here. If you are worried about this, then send payment with delivery confirmation or signiture.
Re-Shipping: If it was a bad address and was no our fault, then you will be billed for the shipping charges to re-ship the merchandise. This is why it is best to check the transit of the items once we send you delivery email with confirmation number. Most people never bother you pick up the package at the post office and it is returned to us. If you never get the package at all, then use your delivery confirmation number to file a complaint with the post office.
Customs fees: If you are located in another country than the USA, they your country will ask you to pay customs fees on merchandise. We are not responsible for the fees.
Privacy Policy: Any information that is shared with us by the customer is never given to any outside party. It is only for our use and eyes only. All accounts that are inactive for one year are deleted. Personal information includes email correspondence, mailing addresses, billing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, names, paypal accounts, phone numbers, fax numbers, and order history. We ask in return that all email correspondence to and from our accounts is not shared or posted, since all emails are copyright their author and and posting or sharing would be infringement.
Service Refusal: We as a company have the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or refuse an order to any customer that is threatening, abusive, or uses offensive language.
Returns:
Hair
Items and accessories: There are no returns to
or from this company due to federal health regulations. Please order
carefully.
Shoes:
There are no returns because all shoes are inspected for manufactured
errors or damages before sent. Please order carefully.
Clothing
Items: (Shirts, Pants, Dresses, & Tops only.
Everything else is considered an acessory)
We accept EXCHANGE ONLY
for clothing items.
Terms:
1. All clothing items being
returned by be authorized by a Ragdoll employee via phone (850-425-1700)
or email (ragdollco@yahoo.com).
2. After authorization,
clothing items must arrive here to us within 14 business days. Invoice
must be enclosed with clothing for AN EXCHANGE.
3. Clothing items must be
EXCHANGED unworn with original tags attatched. We can tell is something
is even slightly worn and will not offer EXCHANGE.
4. We do not refund for
original shipping, nor do we refund for the shipping you pay to return
items to us.
