FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS MY ORDER LATE?
Check the processing times.  The shipping times should be known way in advance, since it is required to be read before placing an order with us.  If the processing times are unacceptable to you, then we recommend not ordering or inquire about our rush processing for an additional fee.
 
WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order is paid, you will receive an email from us titled "payment received."  When the processing time is up, and your order is complete, we will send an additional email from stamps.com with your tracking information.
 
HOW DO I RUSH AN ORDER?
Rush processing is available on orders. We may not be able to rush certain items due to suppliers overseas transit times.  Rush orders are an additional $40.00 fee per order and overnight shipping costs more.  Please email us for any questions about rates.
 
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
We cannot add items to an order, once the order is placed.  You will need to cancel your order in writing via email, then you can place a new order with correct totals and items.
 
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We cannot cancel an order once it is paid, so please order carefully.  However, we can cancel any unpaid orders, please email us with the order number to cancel.
 
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
We are no longer responsible for items once they are shipped.  We will only ship to your confirmed paypal mailing address.  We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your order if you feel there is a risk.
 
HOW DO I MAIL YOU PAYMENT?
We are also not responsible to payments that are lost in the mail getting to our po box.  Or, how long they take to get here.  If you are worried about this, then send payment with signature confirmation or pay using secure online payments.
 
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH CLAIMING MY PARCEL?
If it was a bad address and was no our fault, then you will be billed for the shipping charges to re-ship the merchandise.  This is why it is best to check the transit of the items once we send you delivery email with confirmation number.  Most people never bother you pick up the package at the post office and it is returned to us. If you refuse the package, we will hold the package until we receive payment for re-shipment of your order.  A refund will not be issued for refused parcels.
 
WHAT ARE CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES?
If you are located in another country than the USA, then your country will ask you to pay customs fees on merchandise.  We are not responsible for the fees.
 
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Any information that is shared with us by the customer is never given to an outside party.  Personal information includes email correspondence, mailing addresses, billing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, names, paypal accounts, phone numbers, fax numbers, and order history.  We ask in return that all email correspondence to and from our accounts is not shared or posted, since all emails are copyright their author and and posting or sharing would be infringement.
 
HOW DOES YOUR EMAIL LIST WORK?
We do not sign up customers for the email list.  Potential customers sign-up on their own using our website form on our cover page to receive special coupons, promotions, and notifications or special items.  Many customers use our email list just to receive notifications or when pre-made dreads are posted for sale.
 
HOW DO I COMPLETE A RETURN?
There are no returns to or from this company due to federal health regulations.  Please order carefully.
However, mistakes do happen, please contact us if you order is incorrect and we will work with you on a case by case basis.
